Ordering and Shipping: How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy - just click on the product category you wish to browse, select an item, and add it to your cart and checkout . Or if you know the name or item number of the product you want to order, type it in the search box in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
Shipping Cost: Free shipping on orders of $25.00 or more!
What is the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification
email with a tracking number. The tracking number will give you the progress
of your order and estimated time of arrival.
Please note it can take up to 24 hours from the time your order is scanned
by the carrier until you get updated information.
How do I cancel or change my order?
All orders are shipped as quickly as possible once we receive them. Contact us ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate any changes.

How do I know my credit card and personal information is protected?
We understand the importance of protecting your credit card and personal
information and have the precautions and security measures in place to protect them. As another level of protection we never store your card information!

We ship anywhere within the United States.
Returns: We guarantee the quality of all our jewelry and want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If any item in your order doesn't meet with your approval, return it and we will replace it or refund your purchase price.
Return items by requesting a return authorization number be email.
Note: Returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date. Missing merchandise claims must be made within 10 days of invoice date.
How long does it take to refund my money on returns?
We will process the refund as quickly as possible in the method payment was made, fully processing it within 2 weeks of return.
